Fee Schedule and Payment

At AFA Podiatry we are a private billing practice. Outlined below are our current fees:

Monday to Friday

• Initial appointment $120
• Review Appointment $99

Saturday

• Initial appointment $125
• Review Appointment $105

Payments
Payment in full is expected at the completion of your appointment. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

Rebates

Private Health

• Private health rebates may also be available depending on your Private Health (Extras) cover. You can either use our HICAPS machine and pay “the gap” or forward the receipt to your private provider for your rebate.

Medicare CDM Plans

• A Medicare rebate of $61.80 is available with GPMP/TCA (EPC) (5 sessions per calendar year)

We can process your Medicare rebate online ensuring you a prompt return directly into your nominated bank account. The out of pocket amounts are detailed below:

Monday to Friday: 

• Initial: Pay $120 with $58.20 out of pocket
• Review: Pay $99 with $37.20 out of pocket

Saturday: 

• Initial: Pay $125 with $63.20 out of pocket.
• Review: Pay $105 with $43.20 out of pocket

Orthotics
Orthotics vary in price and depends on your individual needs. The podiatrist will assess your foot and lower limb biomechanical needs and, if orthotics are indicated, will provide you with the cost at your initial consultation. You may be eligible for private health rebates.

NDIS
AFA Podiatry is a registered NDIS Provider. You can book directly online for all appointments.
